Student-Athletes tend to prepare their entire life to preform at the highest level to do their best. They learn a plethora of essential keys to life such as: character development, team work, self-discipline, dedication, and time management. With E Josiah being a former Division-1 football player, he understands that the amount of value that is distributed amongst each athlete is disproportionate to the amount of productivity given by the athlete in their personal life. He has developed a tangible guide for athletes to live everyday as if they were playing for the championship. The purpose of this keynote is to get student-athletes to look at themselves as an investment that keeps accumulating value over time.

A portion of society believes that leaders are born naturally and that some individuals don't posses those qualities. A sign of a great leader is that they develop the next leader. The uncomfortable truth about leadership is accepting being on the front lines of battle and wiling to celebrate the success of others during victory. Through E Josiah's powerful testimony, he has assumed multiple leadership roles that require another level of commitment, understanding, and perseverance. He has developed a tangible guide for leaders to continuously evolve to stay ahead of the curve. The purpose of this keynote is to get leaders to realize it may take 100 steps to achieve excellence and 1 step to make a bed in mediocracy [Bottom Line: Don't Take Steps Backward].

A great communicator strives to become an expert in whatever they are trying to convey to any given person or audience. Becoming an expert causes you to research, test, and think strategically about what you want to communicate. When building relationships within an organization or personally, good communication skills are recommended. But how can an individual determine how to exercise good communication skills in the heat of the moment? Through E Josiah overcoming obstacles within communication, he understands the struggles of anxiety, speech impediments, and the fear of expressing oneself through words. He has developed a set of steps that simplifies the complexity of communication for students to become better communicators. The purpose of this keynote is to equip students with the necessary tools to identify and execute excellent communication through verbal/non-verbal skills.
